Vuka Development Centre is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) founded in 2012 under the Gauteng Department of Social Development. Located in Soweto, the organisation was co-founded by Mr. L. Baxter in response to the widening gap between unemployment and real, sustainable opportunities for young people.
We exists to empower communities by offering skills training, life development, and sustainable livelihood programmes giving individuals the tools they need to achieve independence, dignity, and prosperity.
